Abdul Rafique

Despite the profound hardship of losing his parents at a young age, Abdul Rafique from Mominpore refused to let his circumstances define his future. As the youngest of three siblings, he felt a deep responsibility toward his elder brother and sister, which led him to enroll in the ITC Mission Sunehra Kal and Reach India Trust program after completing his studies. His dedication paid off when he secured a prestigious role in an Electrical & Electronic Assembly company in Dalhousie. Today, he earns a professional salary with an annual CTC of Rs. 1,44,000, in hand Rs 12,000 including the security of PF and ESI benefits. To further strengthen his family’s financial foundation, he also works as a Rapido driver in his spare time. Through this journey, he has transformed from a grieving youth into a skilled technician and a primary provider, using his newfound technical knowledge and tireless work ethic to ensure his family stands strong and united.
