Coming from a middle-class family where his father worked tirelessly in a carbon press business, he witnessed firsthand the struggle required to make ends meet. While he managed to complete his Higher Secondary education, he harbored a deep-seated dream to achieve something greater and alleviate his family’s hardships. With the unwavering support of his parents, he joined ITC Mission Sunehra Kal and Reach India Trust program, where he completed a 45-day Customer relationship management course, which provided him with the professional training and confidence he needed to enter the retail industry. This opportunity led him to a successful career as a Salesman at Sreeleathers Pvt Ltd, a role that has completely transformed his family’s circumstances. Today, he is proud to say that he is not only financially independent but have also taken on the vital responsibility of funding his two younger sisters’ education, ensuring that they too have the chance to build a bright and successful future.
