Ratul Basu
Chief of Operations and Programmes
Ratul is a seasoned social worker with 17 years of experience in public health, livelihoods, skill building, and expertise in research, evaluation, program management, training, and finance. He completed his schooling in Durgapur and earned a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Maulana Azad College, Aurangabad, and an MSW from Matru Sewa Sangha, Nagpur. He also holds a PGDHRD in labour welfare from the State Labour Institute, Siliguri. Ratul has worked with organizations like Debate – Bhopal, SUDA-WB, Access Development Services, GLRA-India, and Randstad India Ltd. Since 2013, he has been with Reach India Trust, currently serving as Chief of Operations and Programmes. Throughout his career, he has contributed to over 40 development projects in various roles. Currently he is pursuing his PhD from NIT Durgapur on social sciences.
Chinmoy Sen
Manager Finance
Chinmoy is in this sector for more than 15 years. He is working with Reach India for more than 12 years. He did his B. Com hons and MBA in finance. He looks after the financial management and statutory compliances of the organization. He has been associated with different Audit firm in early days of his career.
Priyanka Banerjee
Manager: HR and Communications
Priyanka has 12 years of experience in the development sector, focusing on maternal and newborn health. She completed her post-graduation in Integrated Rural Development & Management from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University, Narendrapur. Priyanka has worked with tribal populations in Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. She is a certified National Trainer of the ASHA Programme by NHSRC, New Delhi, and enjoys training and traveling. She worked with Reach India Trust as a Training Associate in 2015-2016 and rejoined in 2024 as Manager of HR & Communications.
Manali Mondal
Programme Officer: Projects and Fundraising
Manali is a professional social worker with 2 years of experience in child welfare, livelihoods, and WASH, along with skills in research, evaluation, and administration. She completed her schooling at The BSS School and earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. She holds a Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Family and Child Welfare from St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata. Previously associated with Jabala Action Research Organisation, Manali is now the Programme Officer at Reach India Trust, overseeing documentation for a UNICEF-supported WASH project. She is also proficient in using Canva for graphic design.
Pintu Tarafdar

Pintu is working in Accounts profile more than 7 years. He is working with Reach India Trust from 13th May’24 onwards. He did his B. Com (Hons.) from Calcutta University. He has been associated with different Audit firm in early days of his career.
