Mr. Rupayan Dutta has nearly two decades of experience in advisory consulting and development management across India. He holds postgraduate degrees in Sociology, Urban & Regional Planning, and Human Resources Management. His work spans strategic planning, governance, public policy, infrastructure planning, climate change, livelihoods, circular economy, gender inclusion, environmental and social safeguards, and capacity building.
