Leadership:

Reach is a woman led organization, headed by Mrs. Aditi Mehta (Retd. IAS) as Chairperson in the Board. We run two vocational skill training centers in Kolkata; both the centers are managed and run by female coordinators. Our branch offices are also led by women as lead persons as our core focus is to establish women in most respectable position in the society. We believe in maintaining transparency, accountability and participatory decision making.

Core Focus:-

1. Women Initiatives :

•Reproductive and sexual health – Capacity building on care and rights.

•Access to finance through promotion of SGH, Livelihood and financial literacy.

2. Ado-Girls Initiatives-

•Arsh: Capacity Building of Ado girls on Reproductive and sexual health care and rights.

•Youth leadership development programme.

3. Youth Initiatives-

•Market based vocational skill and job linkage programme for urban youth.

•Youth leadership development programme.
